Each order is carefully prepared in our Boston atelier within 1-2 business days. Our artisans inspect every piece – from delicate anklets to statement handbags – before it’s lovingly packaged for its journey to you.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Please note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We want you to be completely delighted with your Lustrous Gem purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Hair Accessories (once packaging is opened)
- Cleaners & Care products (once opened)

All return items must be in their original condition – unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact, just as you received them from our Boston atelier.
The Return Process

Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
Step 3: Package Carefully
Securely pack your return using the original packaging if possible. Include all original tags, certificates, and packaging materials.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items
